Fishing is fair. The best reports we've heard has been on catfish. Use worms, dough baits and chicken liver for them. Try powerbait and worms for trout.

Take I-25 South to NM 152, at Caballo go west connect with US 180 west to Silver City. Go 24 miles to Forest Service Road 809. Go South 4.5 miles to the lake.
