Fishing is fair using crank baits, senkos, worms and tubes for both smallmouth and largemouth bass. Fishing is fair for walleye using diving lures and crank baits. Fishing for catfish is fair using dough baits and chicken liver. 

Directions from Albuquerque: I-40 East to Santa Rosa Exit 273. Take Exit 273 and follow 2nd St. North to Eddy Ave. then follow the signs North, seven miles to Santa Rosa Lake State Park.
