How's Ute Fishing?
June 24, 2017
Fishing remains good. For smallmouth and largemouth bass use senkos, tubes, and grubs. Walleye fishing is slow but your best bet is crank baits, jigs and leeches in deep water. Bluegill fishing is very good using small senkos and grubs. Crappie fishing is slow.
Directions from Albuquerque: I-40 East to Tucumcari. Connect with US 54 East and continue twenty-four miles to Logan. Follow signs to lake, about 2 miles.
